Starting Sunday, July 9th, 2017, you can make a reservation by calling

or using www.williamsburg.doubletree.com.
On the left of the page enter the date of our event which is 07-05-2018 and then
select "Add Special Rate Code".
Select "Group Code" where you will enter our "ID Code" of VFR. The rate is $149.00.
